Refund Policy

At Napanee Indian Restaurant, we take great pride in the quality and freshness of our food. Every order is prepared with care using pure desi ghee and authentic ingredients.
If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we will do our best to make it right.

1. Order Accuracy

Please review your order at the time of pickup or delivery.
If an item is missing or incorrect, contact us immediately at 613-707-0499 so we can correct the issue promptly.

2. Refunds and Replacements

Refunds or replacements may be issued in the following situations:

You received the wrong item or an item was missing.
The food was spoiled, damaged, or unsatisfactory due to our preparation error.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
You may be asked to provide a photo of the issue or return the item for inspection.

Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of Napanee Indian Restaurant and may be processed as:

A replacement meal
A credit toward your next order
A refund to the original payment method

3. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before food preparation begins.
Once cooking has started, we may not be able to cancel or refund your order.
For third-party delivery orders (e.g., Uber Eats, SkipTheDishes), cancellation and refund requests must be made through that platform directly.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

Change of mind after the order is prepared.
Incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., wrong address or phone number).
Dissatisfaction based on personal taste or spice preference, unless the food was prepared incorrectly.
Delays caused by third-party delivery services.
